  • Supervising all the administrative units to ensure the placement of the administrative staff and technicians in the units of the college according to the requirements of the work to meet the interests of the college and fulfil its needs.

  • Issuing the administrative orders for employing, placing, transferring, retirement and resignation.

  • Supervising all the issues which are related with the staff concerning attendance, leaves, promotion, bonuses, appreciation documents, and other administrative orders.

  • Receive and sending the incoming and outgoing mails to and from the college.

  • Cooperating with the administrative units to answer the received administrative documents.
